As you are aware we have had a number of Brain related episodes over the past few years and as such this Charity is very close to our hearts.  The Clarke Lister charity is a small Local Charity that helps provide much needed support for post Brain trauma families and research into what causes certain of Braiin Haemorrhage. 

Whilst Mags is a keen runner Jon finds the experience very hard work and every mile is torture on his old body.
