Hey,

Basically in September I will be going to Swaziland in South East Africa for 3 months to help a charity called S.W.A.G.A.A. (Swaziland action group against abuse.)

I need to raise money for the charity that is sending me over there and plan to do a 100mile bike ride on 13th august (training so far would suggest i wont be walking right for a couple of weeks after it).

Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
