Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! The judiciary is once again leading the Manchester Legal Sponsored Walk, joined this year by the High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, the Leader of the Northern Circuit of the Bar, and the President of Manchester Law Society. Our team is growing every day and now also includes Judge Ian Keates, Judge Judith Foster, Judge John Wright, His Honour Judge Hodge QC, Judge Chamberlain, Her Honour Judge Lesley Newton, and his Honour Judge Hernandez.

We are raising funds for hard pressed legal advice and support charities in the North West. These agencies help to facilitate access to justice for the poorest and most disadvantaged members of society, providing free legal help to people facing problems such as homelessness, debt, employment and family issues. During these difficult financial times the need for funds to support this vital work is even greater than usual - any and all donations will make a real difference, so please sponsor us now!

Message from the North West Legal Support Trust (NWLST): Thank you so much for supporting the 2nd Manchester Legal Sponsored Walk. The Walk is organised by the NWLST, a new charity that has been established to improve access to justice in the North West. Our friends at the London Legal Support Trust (LLST) are hosting our web pages because NWLST does not have that facility yet - LLST do this for free and 100% of the funds raised through this page will be passed to NWLST.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most effecient way to sponsor us - the London Legal Support Trust are holding the funds for us and they will get your money faster. In addition, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
