Story

 

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday 6th July I will be taking part in the Moonlight Colourthon, 13.1 mile walk around Southend. 

This year I am raising money for Down Syndrome Extra 21, which provides support and information for parents, carers and people with Downs Syndrome in Essex.

This organisation is close to my heart as I have a sister, Vicky, who has Downs and is a member of Down Syndrome Extra 21.

It helps to promote equal opportunities for people with Down syndrome and offer support to them and their families. It promotes public awareness of Down syndrome and encourages and helps local support groups. It provides information through conferences, workshops, newsletters and its website.
