On Sunday 25th I will be taking part in my FIRST HALF MARATHON! I'm running to raise funds for Young Minds, a charity that supports child & Adolescent mental health and wellbeing.

For those of you that know me, mental health charities are a cause very close to my heart. Sadly, working as a Pastoral Support Manager I have seen such a rise in child & Adolescent mental health issues which is why I want to raise awareness of mental health issues by doing this challenge.  For more information on how Young Minds works with children and adolescents, please check out their website. www.youngminds.org.uk
