Story

The intention of the India Project is to show our appreciation of Charlie's life by changing lives around the other side of the world. Work is underway to build a sports hall in southern India (Ikkadu) as well as renovation work on the classroom buildings which also double up as accommodation in which several semi and full orphans live.

I will be part of a party of 14 staff and pupils from Gad's Hill School travelling to the site in July to assist with the project. All donations are gratefully received and can go a long way in making a profound difference to the lives of the children in the hostels.

Please see the links below to gain more of an insight into the Team Charlie India Project.

To raise money and anwareness of the cause, as well as hoping to make a difference I am running in the Reading half marathon on March 22nd as well as the Manchester marathon on the 19th April.
