My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Infertility affects 1 in every 6 couples. For those experiencing fertility problems, just getting through the day can be a huge struggle. Infertility Network UK offers essential help and advice to those in need. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, couples undergoing fertility treatment now have access to a wealth of information and support services.
Unfortunately, despite national guidance, many local NHS authorities refuse to offer three full cycles of IVF to eligible couples. This fragmented approach to provision has created a post-code lottery where some couples are offered the recommended three full-cycles of treatment whilst others are offered...absolutely nothing.
Barriers such as this can make an already traumatic experience ten times worse. So please help me, help them.
