Hi everyone, thanks for dropping by :)

As you probably already know I have managed to get a place on the Great North Run!

Up until now I have been mainly running for my own amusement but it seems timely to make use of my exertations for a very worthwhile cause.

The Toby Henderson Trust  is an independently funded charity for Autism based in the outskirts of Morpeth in Northumberland.

There is some blurb about how safe your donation will be...
