And why are we shaving our heads?  Because cancer doesn't give you advance notice - there is a lot left undone. And when it comes to kids, they haven't even seen what life can offer. They have never caught their first fish, had their first kiss, climbed their first mountain or even experienced the joy of having a family of their own. We are just so lucky. There is no cure, but there should be. This is why we're shaving our heads.  An excuse to raise money for necessary cancer research to help support the more than 160,000 children that are diagnosed with cancer each year.
