Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Team Fisher are running in memory of a wonderful lady, Mum. Marlene Fisher spent her last few days being in great care of the Bristol Kidney Patients Association. On Sunday 4th October we finally get to thank the charity as we are running the Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of Mum x

"Mum had serious Kidney problems throughout her life and was very lucky to have been given Two successful Kidney transplants, the first kidney lasted over 10 years which was twice as long as predicted time. In-between transplants, she spent an awful lot of her time travelling to and from Bristol for dialysis at the RBRU and because of their skills, expertise and care, our family enjoyed 16 extra years with Mum for which my family and I are eternally grateful." We hope to raise vital needed money for the charity and hope friends and family can donate by text or here securely on-line. Thanks.
