Story

Whether you're here in response to my email or blog, thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Please dig deep and help me reach my target.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Diabetes UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

If you haven't yet visited my Great North Run 'blog' (my first ever blog!), then you can go to www.realbuzz.com. to read it. It will tell you, among other things, why this site is titled 'Momma Sanglier'.(Once at realbuzz.com, click on 'blogs', then select Great North Run blogs and page down 'til you find me. Note: I'm blogging under my pen-name which is Max Aniane and the title of my blog is Great North Run: The Journey.)

By the way the more money I can get for this the more worthwhile I'll feel its been - the more worthwhile I'll feel in fact. Every penny you spend means us, and people like us feel less alone. Plus Marmaduke says he would like a cure for diabetes by the time he's sixteen and your money can help make this happen for him.

Can you get anyone else to sponsor me? If you know anyone who might be willing please ask them/email them. (Actually I'm rather depending on you to do this in order to reach my target).

Many many thanks for your support.

Fiona
