Hi everyone,

Well, the pounding of the pavements, pushing of the pedals and paddling in the pool is well underway for this year’s fundraising challenges!

I’ve completed the North Tyneside 10k Run, South Tyneside Sprint Triathlon and now for the Great North Run in four weeks time.

As usual, I’ve left the appeal for funds to the final event just to prove I’ve actually done something! 

So, dig deep.  I really appreciate your support and more importantly it’s helped a lot of young children with Cystic Fibrosis through the regional fund.
