Unbelievably, I survived last year's run (see http://www.justgiving.com/marypollard/) and have been bullied into dragging myself round the incredibly hilly Heaton Park route again.
It's only a couple of weeks away so I'm woefully under-prepared and any donations would be extremely welcome.
So far, my friend Paul has failed to keep his side of the bargain and start walking again but he has promised to really try this time.
