I have been accepted onto the ICS volunteering scheme (a government funded enterprise that sends volunteers to Ghana to help with the development of the region).

As part of the scheme I have been tasked to raised £800 for my charity 'Lattitude'. The money raised will in no way contribute to my trip and will go towards the development of the community that I will be living in during my three month placement.

I will be running the Valiants Half Marathon in April as a major part of my fundraising, and it would be great if you could sponsor me in whatever way possible.
