Hi all,
Despite people thinking I run quite a lot, I've been very slack over the last few months and had almost forgotten that I had volunteered to run half a marathon (13 miles) round some of London's best parks on Sunday 11th October 2009.
So please help me out and challenge me to get myself back on track with training so that this event wont be as painful as it could be!
I'll be running for Radio Lollipop, an international childrens charity for children in hospital that provides them with entertainment, care and play during their stay.
All donations are greatly received, no matter how small
