I'm going to be running the Reading Half Marathon in March 2010 to raise money for the Duchess of Kent House in Reading http://www.duchessofkenthouse.org.uk/index.htm

They provide palliative care for people with cancer and other life-shortening diseases and do an incredible job, They really looked after my mum and made her comfortable & happy over her last few weeks earlier this year

So please dig deep and donate now!

*October Update - Have managed several 3.4 mile sessions so far

*January Update - Despite the added Christmas weight I'm now up to 7 miles (best time 60 minutes)
