My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my sponsorship page for the Brighton Marathon 2012. I am running in memory of my Grandfather, who recently passed away and I am proud to be raising money for International Alert.
International Alert are a peacebuilding organisation who work with people are directly affected by violent conflict to improve their prospects of peace. They seek to influence the policies and ways of working of governments, international organisations and multinational companies, to reduce conflict risk and increase the prospects of peace.
Their good work is based in Africa, several parts of Asia, the South Caucasus, the Middle East and Latin America and they have recently started work in the UK.

I have no specific time in mind at this moment but I shall be setting myselfa target in the upcoming weeks.
I am hoping to raise £500 so it would be great if you could help me achieve this target by donating towards a very worthy cause!
