Alleged that as a Barnsley FC supporter, that during a recent hammering by Newcastle United, hunger overcame him and he stole a burger van, which was subsequently found (after devouring contents of van) outside Mothercare where it is generally accepted that the small, extremely tight fitting shirts must have been purchased.

Defence -

All charges accepted - not even a fight!

Sentence -

Sentence was originally set at £1,500 however the defendant thought this would be higher so as a result was increased to £2,000 together with attire supplied by the jury, to be worn on the day in question.
