On Friday 4 December I'm joining a group of fundraisers who will once again brave the cold to spend the night under the stars for CATH's Big Sleep Out. Our
sponsored Sleep Out gives people just a small taste of what it feels
like to sleep rough, with nothing but sleeping bag, newspaper,
cardboard and a few blankets to call home for the night.

The
Annual Sleep Out is one of the most important fundraising events of in the CATH
calendar and, thanks to your support, raises more than £12,000 every
year. This
money enables CATH to provide help for homeless people in the community,
including food, warmth, shelter, education and medical services.
