This year I have decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon for a charity organisation called LATCH, www.latchwales.org  its a Childrens charity which raises money for Leukaemia and Cancer sufferers. They hope to provide better facilities and hope for the future of young people in Wales.

Training for this event has not only improved my fitness but also enabled me to work out how an MP3 player works!  I am going to give this my best shot and hope that all you guys out there will be digging deep to support me.

Any amount will be appreciated and I will let you know the results!
