We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

On Sunday 9 July 2017, myself and 12 other girls from Queen Margaret's School, York, will set off on a four day adventure to climb the three highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland. First we will tackle Mount Snowdon in North Wales, then Scafell Pike in the Lake District and finally, but by no means least, Ben Nevis in Scotland.

I will be climbing over 3,000 metres upwards, all in aid of Parkinson's UKParkinson's UK is important to me because my Grandad had Parkinson's and I don't really remember him when he was not ill and able to be independent. Now that he is gone I want to give someone else and their family a chance to be independent and live life to the fullest.

Your donation, however big or small, will give the rest of the team and I the motivation we need to achieve this feat. Thank you for your support.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
