On 29th April I'll be setting of on 15 day run from Parliament square, London to Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Edinburgh.
I've been competing over 11 years, starting in Triathlons then focusing on running only. The big reason for this huge challenge is the passing of my cousin who committed suicide at 19 years of age.I work in the Royal Edinburgh Hospital amongst fantastic people is also a huge factor of my challenge.
Promoting mental health and end the stigma surrounding it. With I will be promoting the Get Active and Suicide Prevention Programmes which SAMH have.
SAMH are a unique charity which helps people with mental health illnesses.
