My story

The architectural plans for the first phase of the Michael Blakey Centre, a new hostel for 64 children, have been completed and a start has been made on the foundations of the building (see the news item on the web site at www.tong-len.org/news/news.php#news113 . You can see an image of the proposed building at www.tong-len.org/images/news/hostel_mockup_for_newslette . A water and electricity supply at the site have already been secured. It is now necessary to make a big push to raise the funds we need to complete the hostel building. This is now estimated to be about £160,000. Any help with fund raising,would be very gratefully appreciated. Sponsorship forms and publicity material can be provided to anyone willing to organise a sponsored or other event.
