I am particpating in the Brambles Wheelathon on Sunday 20th September in Horley at 11.00 am, and have decided to do the 10 km route as I am not very fit!!. This is a way to get started though. I would be really grateful if you could support me with this very worthwhile cause. MS affects more people than you can imagine and it is not age related.
