Six people, Mike Hanbidge, Nick Hanbidge, Becky Higby, Wanda Higby, Chris Wade and Neil Stevens ran the Great South Run in October 2010 in loving memory of Andrea Hanbidge who cruelly passed away at the age of 64 from a rare form of Cancer called Leiomyosarcoma. Together we raised over £4,000 for the Sarcoma Trust, a charity that looks to research ways in which to manage and cure this nasty disease. This was a brilliant achievement so thank you so much for all your sponsorship and good wishes. Now, a new team has been put together to run the Reading Half Marathon on March 20th 2011. Running for the same cause, Mike, Martyn Davies and Alice West will take on the 13.1 miles around the streets of Reading.
Please do give as much as you can to this very worthy cause.
