On Tuesday Aug 11th at 7am, I'll take to the stage on the 4th plinth, Trafalgar Square, London with my bagpipes as part of the 'oneandother' public art event. www.oneandother.co.uk/participants/Mike_T 

I am a musician and artist ,facinated by the concept of becoming a living statue in such a famous location. I feel the experience will bring out my talents as a performer on the Highland bagpipes against the backdrop of the National Gallery where I gain much inspiration as a painter. I intend to wear full highland dress and give a soothing wake up call to the pigeons by playing some beautiful Scottish airs on my national instrument.

The trip is self funded so all money raised will go to Down's Syndrome Scotland.
