Hi its that time of the year again when I don the cycle gear and join a team of 30 others to complete a bike ride from Marseiles to Nice over 450km from the 7th to the 11th June .

The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for the Lowes syndrom Trust . /www.lowetrust.com

As per last year everyone that sponsors me will be included in a raffle to win my cycle pants so what more incentive do you need .For those with good eye sight I am the good looking man at the front in the West Ham colours with the rest of the team completing this ride for a very worthy cause.
