Please sponsor my 30 day fast (fast starts from about 4am in the morning to 8pm each evening... that's no food or water during these hours). Contribute by giving what you can to Isaar Trust. This is a charity that helps education programmes, humanitarian aid, water purification projects and orphans in third world countries.

This year the charity is also helping individuals suffering in the worst humanitarian natural disaster this century in Pakistan (20m displaced and 1600 fatalities). The charity is non-denominational. The charity is self- funding which means every penny goes to those who need it the most.
