We have chosen the Alzheimer’s Dementia Support charity as the work they do is invaluable, giving a quality of life and support at a time when people need it most. This really is a debilitating disease that effects so many people in so many ways.

Whilst some may view our efforts as a pleasurable way to spend a day, with a 5am start, this will mean an early night and no pub the night before. Need I say more?
