On March 13th 2010 I will be jumping out of a plane at 15000 ft and plumiting at 120mph for a minute or so until the the cord gets pulled and the parachute opens (Well that's the plan any way!!)
I need your help to raise £400 in order for me to do this. The monies that I raise will be going to a charity called Endometriosis UK which is a charity / organisation that has helped me and many more sufferers, so yes this charity is dear to my heart. I wouldn't normally throw myself out of normal working areoplane for no reason... Well actually, I would but this is a bonus as I am doing it as a good samariton... She says!!
I have attached a link to the website as I don't want to bore you with all the details, but, having said that, this disease does affect over 2 million women and it is so hard to get diagnosed. I have been suffering since 15 yet I wasn't diagnosed until I was 22 years of age. I am now 30 and I will have this for the rest of my life. There is no cure. There is still no way of knowing why certain women get it whilst other don't.
With your help and others we can only but try and raise enough awareness and money to help experts find those answers that us women are constantly looking for. So dig deep as being one of those that has it I can promise you it is for a good cause.
