Running the London Marathon has always been on my 'bucket list' and I have been fortunate to get a place to run this year.  I have finally run out of excuses and so on Sunday 24th April 2016 I will be heading off on the iconic 26.2mile route around London.

I have chosen to run for Great Ormond Street Hospital.  Currently this is a charity  very close to my heart as a very special little girl, the daughter of 2 dear friends, received treatment at GOSH and I hope that anything I can raise will help fund their amazing work. 

I cannot think of better motivation to get me round the route than beautiful Emily, without a doubt the bravest and toughest little girl I've ever met.  I would be incredibly grateful if you can spare any £ to sponsor me.

(I have a 'ballot' place so 100% of sponsorship will go to GOSH, justgiving is the preferred site of GOSH as although justgiving take a small % from the gift aid part of donations, there are less admin costs involved for them so more £ gets spent on the hospitals work)
