I am Japanese I have been living in the for over 17 years I am now 51 years old I have an adourable daughter who is 11 years old When I became 50 I started to slow down although still swam 50lenghts a day . I started running 10k half, marathon and now have done one marathon I now feel fitter than ever.My farther Teruo Susuki when he was just 60 years old passed away by heart attack also my farther in law Ron also passed away last year by heart failure for both of them ,death was such a sudden and this was shock ,devastating for us, both believed they were very healthy and would live longer than every body else. Medical technique and peoples knowledge is advancing day by day but we are still finding out about so many heart diseases how it could be caused how it could be cared and how we could prevent it so many families are suffering from it so I would like to raise money for heart research and give a hope life and bright future for people suffering heart problems. I would like to run with my farthers spirit with me who wanted to live longer. If am lucky to run marathon they must be very proud of me for want I want to do. My mother in law has just got new pace maker that is much better than the 10 year older one it has changed her life . I hope that money raised will help change other people lives.
