Story
Noah Collins is four years old and is a happy little boy, much loved by his parents and his sisters. Noah was born with Cerebral Palsy which causes spasticity in his legs and makes getting around very hard for him. At the moment he can walk a bit with a walking frame, but as he gets older and his body gets heavier doctors believe that he will lose the ability to walk altogether.
However, Noah has been accepted by a children's hospital in America to have a life changing operation called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR), which could give him the opportunity to walk. This will cost Noah's family £80,000.
I don't know Noah Collins and I don't know his family, but I'd really like to help them raise the money to send Noah to America for his operation.
And then I heard about the Little Princess Trust which makes real hair wigs for children who are suffering hair loss, usually through cancer treatment or illness.
So I decided to set a target of £250. If I reach my target, I'll have all my hair cut off. I will donate the money to Noah's fund at Tree of Hope and I'll donate my hair to the Little Princess Trust.
Please help me.
