I have been roped in to donning the lycra, and cycling 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. The furthest I have cycled to date is 12 miles, so its going to be a challenge going the extra 33. Although I am sort of looking forward to it,   my backside is a little reluctant as it not yet fully conditioned for the long ride :-)

The Princes Trust is a very good cause and I am really happy to be taking part this year, any donations will  be very much appreciated.
