On 6th September I shall be abseiling from the top of the YMCA tower in Romford in order to raise money for the BHR Hospitals charity.  The event has seen nearly 700 people (probably 90% of whom had no abseiling experience) abseil down the 120ft building in the past five years.  Better still, over £120,000 has been raised for charity.  On the day, family and friends gather to support all the abseilers and the atmosphere is very special.  This year the YMCA are also holding a Fun Day so there's something for everyone to participate in and enjoy.  All I need do is raise the minimum amount of £60.  A meagre sum, I'm sure you'll agree.  Come along on the day and show your support!  You can find us at:
