It is a big birthday year for me this year so I'm doing a thrill seeking skydive to mark this milestone.

I’m raising money for the Kairos Foundation (More to Life programme) as this has changed the way I experience my life day to day.  The More to Life weekend and other courses have made (and continue to make) a massive difference to my outlook on life and my own participation in it. 

My sense of my aliveness and freedom (combined with terror no doubt!) which I hope to excerabate on this momentas occassion, is in gratitude to what I have learnt and continue to learn in the More to Life community.
