This is a justgiving page I would never want to have given the chance but sadly i dont have a magic wand to change the last months events.

My Dad was diagnosed with Lung Cancer at the end of January, sadly this has spread and isnt curable.

I am participating in the Great London Swim because I want to show my sincerest appreciation and deepest thanks to every single person involved in looking after my Dad throughout his journey so far.

I am so proud of how strong and extremely brave my Dad has been and i'm sure for anyone who knows him will agree what an inspiring and positive role model he is.

I personally think getting into a wetsuit (if i can find one to fit me), jumping into a reservoir and swimming a mile is nothing compared to what my Dad and anyone fighting this horrible disease have to go through.

My Dad has promised me he will be at the finishing line waiting for me so please please help and support my dad and this most amazing charity carry on the work they do by sponsoring me.
