Hi there!

Ros and I are running this half marathon on sunday 27th September.

It would be great if you could sponsor us. All the donations will go to The Newman Trust for the Handicapped. It's a great charity which helps disabled or disadvantaged children. http://newmantrust.org

Neither of us has ever run that far before so I'm not sure how fast we'll be. I think if the weather's hot our target will be simple survival. Please sponsor us and spur us on to glorous, erm, survival...

And please remember to include 'Gift Aid' if you are a UK taxpayer.
