I will be cycling from London to Paris in memory of my friend Malcolm Smith who sadly passed away last year from bowel cancer.  St. Richard's Hospice gave support to Malcolm and his family through this very difficult and challenging time.  

Cancer can affect anyone at some point in their lives and it is comforting to know that charities such as St Richard's are available.  However they rely on charitable donations to continue to provide the dedication and skills needed to support  patients and their families.

I will be cycling with Malcolm's son Dan, and son-in-law Fraser and also my own two older sons Jon and Mike.
