Well I did it and thanks to your support, with Gift Aid I've raised over £3,500 for RMHC.

I have also learned a great deal about the topography of Marlow. Before running 13.1 in the town and its surrounding countryside I wasn't aware that it was nestled in a mountainous region of Buckinghamshire. The event blurb said it was undulating and they weren't kidding. Eight miles in...I also learned that when long distance running they very helpfully give you mile markers at the side of the road...we had to undertake a climb that the locals say is best viewed from a cable car!

Anyway, I staggered round in 2 hours and 1 minute. It's over and I won't have to bother you for sponsorship again - for a while.
