I completed the biggest sporting achievement this summer, the London-Surrey 100 bike ride. It followed a route similar to the Olympic road race.

The weather was gruelling. Caught in the tail end of a hurricane, I cycled through puddles up to my ankles and got well and truly drenched. 

I really enjoyed the day and have already helped out Great Ormond Street so much with the money I have already raised, but it would be great if you could spare just a little more to help reach the final target to help sick children all over the country... Thanks to everyone.
