Last year I took a step to raise money for Macmillan in entering TWO runs.....this year I'm entering 40 events in my 40th year.

New years day is off on a roll......with POW VIRTUAL RUNS, VIRTUAL RUNNING and VIRTUAL RUNNER I have so far ran 134km in Oct, Nov and Dec.

New years day done Gotham 10km ran, now off to the gym to complete my next run.

The plan :-

January - Gotham 10km, New Year Challenge, Runners Roulette, Virtual 5km

February - Kryponite 10km

March - Wonder run 10km, Brentwood 5km

April - Soldier on 10km

May - Arc Reactor 5km, May 4th 5km, Revenge of Sixth 5km

June - Flash Dash 1 mile.........so far

II'm also swimming the Alton Water Swim, entering as much BJJ and Judo events as I can (or my neck will allow). Please dig deep and any events you can think of send my way.....!!!!!!
