Nikki loved to cook... but that was ok because we loved to eat...Nikki got her love of cooking from her Dad Michael who was a great chef. She learned how to cook by sitting in his restaurant just watching him create lovely food.
Michael also taught young disadvantaged kids to cook, and Nikki was so proud of this.
We thought it would be nice if some donations could go towards helping young people who need a break in life by teaching them how to cook and hopefully help them get a job in the industry.
Jamie Oliver runs a great charity which does just this at his restaurant called “Fifteen” where young people who need that first lucky break in life train to be chefs.
We have spoken to Jamie Oliver’s charity staff and all money raised on Nikki’s donation page will go to this part of Jamie Oliver’s charity foundation.
Thank you so much.
