This season Notts County FC has teamed up with Nottinghamshire Hospice as part of The Football League's official Charity Partnership with Help the Hospices. With your help we would like to raise as much money as possible for this worthwhile charity to ensure services remain free of charge for local people in Nottingham.

Nottinghamshire Hospice is committed to ensuring the best possible care for  local people with a terminal illness, and to giving respite and support to their carers. Highly skilled professionals provide these services: the Clinical Team in Day Care and the Hospice at Home nurses in the community.
