Well I started gently with a 5k but here's the next one I promised ....
This time Adam is my support act and impetus to keep going, alongside my personal trainer who has even more to answer for this time, and Fee who ensured I finished the 5km.
So, yet again all we need is for you to help us raise some money to make all my efforts worthwhile and to distract me from the further battering my knees are taking!

NurseAid supports serving or retired nurses who are in financial difficulty or have fallen on hard times. They unquestionably look after us when needed and having been in hopsital twice in the last 2 years, and working with a fantastic team of nurses on a daily basis, we wanted to raise awareness of this charity and the great job that they do.
