Thank you for supporting P3’s Big Sleep Out!
As I'm sure you are aware many people within our communities are experiencing hard economic times. Consequently we are seeing more people losing their jobs and homes and an ever increasing demand for the services provided by P3.
Our vision is to support people to gain the practical skills and confidence to sustain an independent lifestyle by providing them with the right opportunities and services to enable them to move on from these difficult times in their lives.
The P3 Big Sleep Out will not only raise awareness of homelessness and the effects this can have on lives, but will raise valuable funds to support our work. An identified gap in supporting people to move on is the lack of money to buy furniture and all the essential equipment needed to live independently. P3 will use the money raised from this initiative to start a furniture recycling service to help bridge that gap. The service will collect unwanted donated items and renew, repair and recycle these to people moving into their new property.
