A few aching muscles in return for a few quid and the cause is a good one. The Thomas Wolsey school needs to raise funds to purchase a special chair for a 3 year old girl with cerebral palsy who is to join the school shortly and to develop a 'sensory garden'. Many of you will know that the Thomas Wolsey school in Ipswich caters for children and young people between the ages of 3-19 years, with physical and/or sensory needs. Many pupils also have complex medical and learning needs. Ofsted said that it is an outstanding school that provides a rich, stimulating and rewarding learning environment that encourages and enables pupils to flourish and develop. Here is a link to the school www.thomaswolsey.com, to learn more of the great work that they do. On June 25th a small team of us will be setting off from Norwich to cycle to Ipswich, aiming to get back into town late afternoon. We'll be having a charity auction at Church's Bar and Bistro in the town centre (www.churchsipswich.co.uk), starting 6.30pm, where a decent percentage of the takings will also go to the cause.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So go ahead and take a look at how my training is coming on, with a bit of help from my children, and make a donation now. Thank you.
