For full details of this years walk please visit the Patterdale Parish Boundary Walk website.

Rob, Mike and Chris are once again taking part in the Patterdale Parish Boundary walk on the 3rd July 2010. This year they are also being joined by Vince Johnson, who was used as the basis for the Gene Hunt character in Ashes to Ashes. Enough said!

The parish boundary covers 30 miles and 10,000 feet of ascent and the walk is in a good cause, raising money for St Patricks Church and the local Primary School so please give generously!

The walk takes in about 26 "peaks" including Helvellyn, Dollywaggon Pike, Fairfield, Red Screes and Place Fell. Once again Mike and Chris aim to complete it in about 12 hours, and Rob just aims to finish!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: P.C.C. of Patterdale gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

You can also see my training diary such as it is on the Helvellyn Blog. You can also sponsor James and Morgan on the 7 Mile Parish Walk

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks

Rob, Chris, Mike & Vince
