Hi all 

As you may or may not know, I am going to be attempting to Trek to Everest Base Camp and two nearby summits on October 11th this year.  This started originally as a personal challenge and a good reason to get fit again but I have since decided that it is also a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and donations for Maggie's Care Centre in Nottingham.  My wife Laura and I have experienced first hand the excellent care and support at Maggie's since planning began for this trek and so it would be great for me to be able to return the support and raise as much as possible for Maggie's Care Centre.
