Myself and colleagues from the UK and Spain are undertaking a mammoth charity cycle ride in aid of the NSPCC, taking us from our head office in Madrid, half the length of Spain to the port, before arriving in Portsmouth to our UK Head office in Slough. 

This is by far the biggest cycling challenge I've ever encountered in my 4 years of road cycling and have ben training ll year for it. It's going beyond my current limits, but what will keep me going is for the good cause it's for. It’s up to all of us to do everything possible to keep childhood safe from abuse, so children can grow up healthy and thrive. This is what the NSPCC is there for, and why, with your kind donations, the money raised will go towards making their world a safer place.
